Pazopanib is used to treat advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC, a type of cancer that begins in the cells of the kidneys) in adults. Pazopanib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by slowing or stopping the spread of cancer cells.

Soft tissue sarcoma is a type of cancer that affects the supportive tissues of the body. It can occur in the muscles, blood vessels, fat tissues or other tissues that support, surround and protect the organs.

Your doctor may ask you to undergo certain diagnostic tests to check the functioning of your liver, kidney and heart and may monitor your blood pressure prior to and while you take PAZROTO 400 TABLET.

Before taking [GBNKEWYORD], consult with your doctor if you have any heart, kidney or liver diseases, had lung problems, thyroid problems, bleeding or blood clotting issues, stomach or bowel problems (perforation or fistula), aneurysm (enlargement and weakening of a blood vessel wall) or have high blood pressure.

PAZROTO 400 TABLET is not recommended in pregnant and breastfeeding women. PAZROTO 400 TABLET is not recommended in children and adolescents below 18 years of age. Consult with your doctor before taking PAZROTO 400 TABLET.

The most common side effects of PAZROTO 400 TABLET are indigestion, bloating, flatulence, nosebleed, dry mouth, mouth ulcers or dizziness. Consult with your doctor if the symptoms do not improve or get worse.

Introduction:

Before starting treatment with Pazib 200mg Tablet, let your healthcare professional know if you have heart disorders, lung disorders, stomach or bowel problems, thyroid disorders, kidney problems, liver problems, or blood diseases. Contact your healthcare practitioner immediately if you experience difficulty breathing, sharp chest pain, blood in urine or stools, confusion, speech problems or numbness on one side of the body during the treatment.

 

Your surgeon may ask you to stop taking Pazib 200mg Tablet at least 7 days before surgery. So, inform the physician that you are taking this medication. Any form of grapefruit must be avoided during the therapy. A reliable method of birth control should be used during the treatment and for at least 2 weeks after the last dose.

How Pazib 200mg Tablet Works:

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) is a protein responsible for enhancing the growth of blood vessels that supply nutrients to the tumor cells. Pazib 200mg Tablet interrupts the function of this protein and thus shrinks and slows down the growth of the tumor cells.

This medicine works by inhibiting cyclin dependent kinase 4 and 6, thus arrests the cancer cell cycle (cell growing process). It also targets the estrogen (hormone) receptor-positive breast cancer cells by disrupting the cell cycle.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTIONPalbinas 75mg Capsule is used to treat patients with certain types of breast cancer (estrogen receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative) which have spread to other organs. It is given together with hormonal anticancer therapies.

Palbinas 75mg Capsule should be taken with food, but try to have it at the same time every day to get the most benefits.  Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

Some common side effects of this medicine include fatigue, hair loss, rash, vomiting, and diarrhea. This medicine may reduce the number of blood cells (decrease red blood and white blood cells) in your blood, thereby, increasing the susceptibility to infections.
