PRODUCT INTRODUCTION Mofecon-S 180mg Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called immunosuppressants. It is used with other medicines to prevent your body from rejecting an organ (such as a kidney, heart, or liver) after a transplant. It works by weakening your body’s immune system, so it does not attack the transplanted organ.

The amount of Mofecon-S 180mg Tablet you take depends on the type of transplant you have. Follow your doctor’s instructions on this. You should take it on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal. Swallow it as a whole, do not crush, chew, break, or open them. Take the medicine regularly to get the most benefit and keep taking it even if you feel well. If you stop taking it, you may increase the chances of rejecting your transplanted organ. The treatment will continue for as long as you need it to prevent rejection.

The most common side effects of Mofecon-S 180mg Tablet are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, high blood pressure, and changes in the number of white blood cells. Because it suppresses your immune system, you may catch more infections than usual. There is also an increased risk of developing some cancers for this reason. There is a long list of potential side effects. You should ask your doctor about them and what signs to look out for because some can be serious and need urgent medical attention.

This medicine can cause birth defects and miscarriages so do not take it if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. You should talk to your doctor before taking this medicine if you have any signs of infection, if you have any unexpected bruising or bleeding and if you have ever had a problem with your digestive system. Your doctor also needs to know what other medicines you are taking as there are many which interact with this medicine and affect the way it works. You will have regular tests to check for any changes in the number of your blood cells, inform your doctor if you notice unexplained bruising or bleeding, sore throat, mouth ulcers, or fever.USES OF MOFECON-S TABLET

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION Mycofit 500 Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called immunosuppressants. It is used with other medicines to prevent your body from rejecting an organ (such as a kidney, heart, or liver) after a transplant. It works by suppressing your body’s immune system so that it does not attack the new organ.

The amount of Mycofit 500 Tablet you take and how often you take it depends on the type of transplant you have. Follow your doctor’s instructions on this. Take it on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, unless your doctor suggest otherwise. Swallow it as a whole, do not crush, chew, or break it. Take the medicine regularly to get maximum benefit and keep taking it even when you feel well. The treatment will continue for as long as you need it to prevent rejection.

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, high blood pressure, and changes in the number of white blood cells. You may catch more infections than usual as medicine suppresses the immune system. There is also an increased risk of developing some cancers for this reason. To reduce your risk of skin cancer, limit your exposure to the sun and use sunscreen. There is a long list of potential side effects of this medicine. You should ask your doctor about them and what signs to look out for because some of them can be serious and need urgent medical attention.

Mycofit 500 Tablet can cause birth defects and abortion so do not take it if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. You should talk to your doctor before taking this medicine if you have any signs of infection or if you have any unexpected bruising or bleeding. You should also let your healthcare team know all other medicines you are taking as they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. Mycophenolate Sodium Tablets USP 360 mgDescription :Mycophenolic sodium (EC-MPS) is an enteric coated formulation of mycophenolate acid tablets that delivers the active moiety mycophenolic acid (MPA). EC-MPS was formulated in an attempt to overcome the upper GI adverse reactions associated with Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF). MPA is an immunosuppressant, non-competitive and reversible inhibitor of inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH), and therefore inhibits the de novo pathway of guanosine nucleotide synthesis without incorporation to DNA. T-and B-lymphocytes are critically dependent for their proliferation on de novo synthesis of purines. EC-MPS has demonstrated equivalent efficacy & safety compared to MMF.Uses :In combination with cyclosporine and corticosteroids for the prophylaxis of organ rejection in adult patients receiving an allogeneic kidney transplant.Prophylaxis of organ rejection in paediatric patients 5 years of age and older who are at least 6 months post kidney transplant.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION Arpimune ME 25mg Capsule is used to prevent your body from rejecting a new organ after a liver, kidney, or heart transplant. It works by weakening your immune system so that your body does not attack the new organ. It can also be used to treat severe rheumatoid arthritis and a skin condition called psoriasis.

The amount of Arpimune ME 25mg Capsule you take depends on your weight, medical condition, and what you are being treated for. Your doctor will plan the correct dose for you. Do not change the dose without talking to your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. It is better to take it, in the same way, and at the same time every day to get the maximum benefit. Keep taking it for as long as you have been told to, even if you feel well. Stopping treatment may increase the risk of your transplanted organ being rejected.

The most common side effects of this medicine include headache, unusual growth of facial or body hair, high blood pressure, diarrhea, and shaking or tremors. Because it lowers your immune system, you may also catch more infections than usual. Tell your doctor straight away if you develop an infection. For the same reason, you may be more at risk of developing some cancers, particularly of the skin. You should limit your exposure to sunlight.

Before taking this medicine you should tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, high blood pressure, gout (increased uric acid levels in the blood), or epilepsy. Also, tell your doctor about all other medicines you are taking as they may affect the working of the medicine. This medicine should only be used in pregnancy if it is clearly needed. However, it is not recommended while breastfeeding. You will have frequent medical tests while taking this medicine to check your blood pressure, liver and kidney function, and mineral levels. The results of tests may lead to changes in your dose.USES OF ARPIMUNE ME SOFT GELATIN CAPSULE

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION Psorid 100 Capsule is used to prevent your body from rejecting a new organ after a liver, kidney, or heart transplant. It works by weakening your immune system so that your body does not attack the new organ. It can also be used to treat severe rheumatoid arthritis and a skin condition called psoriasis.

The amount of Psorid 100 Capsule you take depends on your weight, medical condition, and what you are being treated for.

Sirolimus is used with other medications to prevent rejection of a kidney transplant. This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as immunosuppressants. It works by weakening your body''s defense system (immune system) to help your body accept the new organ as if it were your own.

How to use sirolimus oral

Read the Medication Guide provided by your pharmacist before you start taking sirolimus and each time you get a refill. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor, usually once daily. Swallow this medication whole. Do not crush, chew, or split the tablets. If you have nausea or an upset stomach, you may take this medication with food. However, it is important to choose one way (with food or without food) and take this medication the same way with every dose. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more details.

The dosage is based on your weight, medical condition, laboratory tests (such as sirolimus trough levels), and response to treatment.

Take this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, take it at the same time each day.

Do not increase your dose or take this medication more often than prescribed. Your condition will not improve any faster, and your risk of side effects will increase. Also, do not stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor.

If you are also taking cyclosporine, take sirolimus 4 hours after your cyclosporine dose. Consult your pharmacist for more information.

Avoid eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice while using this medication unless your doctor or pharmacist says you may do so safely. Grapefruit can increase the chance of side effects with this medicine. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for more details.

If you are taking this medication to treat LAM, tell your doctor if your condition worsens.

It is used with other medicines to prevent your body from rejecting an organ (such as a kidney, heart, or liver) after a transplant. It works by suppressing your body’s immune system so that it does not attack the new organ. The amount of Immutil Tablet you take and how often you take it depends on the type of transplant you have. Follow your doctor’s instructions on this. You should take it on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Swallow it as a whole, do not crush, chew, or break it. Take the medicine regularly to get maximum benefit and keep taking it even when you feel well. The treatment will continue for as long as you need it to prevent rejection. The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, high blood pressure, and changes in the number of white blood cells.
